The Randwick Way

At Randwick school we use the Randwick Way behaviour guidelines with our Students. These guidelines are focused on creating a positive, safe and engaging learning environment for all students.
The Randwick School Vision
To empower great kids who love learning
When we walk through the school gates, we’re part of the Randwick whanau. As a whanau we show the school values in the classroom, playground and community.

Make sure we’re in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing.
For example:
-
During class time we are focused on learning.
-
We are seated for the first 10 minutes at lunch time eating our lunch.
-
We are outside on sunny days unless the teacher has given us permission to be inside.
Be kind to people and look after each other.
For example:
-
Show respect towards everyone.
-
Care for people when they are unhappy or hurt.
-
Share our spaces and equipment.
Take responsibility for making our school a safe and happy place for everyone.
For example:
-
Display a positive attitude.
-
Show respect and pride in our school by looking after our equipment and caring for our environment.
-
As a whanau we stand up for what’s right.
-
If you make a mistake, put it right.
